Original Artwork.One small piece of a series of five works inspired by to structure of foxgloves and dandelions growing in the hedgerows and woodlands. I love all elements of dandelions, the shapes of the leaves, buds, flowers, petals, clock seed heads and the tiny flying seeds on star-shaped canopies. Dandelions are edible too....not just for rabbits! Both are bee-friendly plants, to be encouraged.
I create my collages from a sifted selection of images I have drawn, painted, printed, cut and pasted, then blended together. I like to include different papers, pieces of map and book pages. Mixed media.
