Painting in acrylic, acrylic inks and collaged with charcoal and soft pastels on archival paper, on board.
 
For me this colour palette of purples and greens was deeply evocative of the sense of idealistic, hopeful first love. "You Rippled Through Me" is full of memories of my first love. The all-encompassing world of emotions, the break-up, the missing, longing and then the long distant fond memories. The emotions still ripple through me when I remember him.
This artwork is on sealed board and measures approximately 60x60cm (23.5x23.5inches)  and framed in a contemporary white floating frame.
